How do I buy gift voucher? Can I use my credit card to do so?
We are planning to issue the new electronic gift certificate around 15 June 2007. The paper gift certificate will not be issued starting 1 April 2007. Rules of using our new electronic gift certificate will be published later.
How do I apply for a tax refund?
If you make over NT$3,000 in purchases at Taipei 101 retailer (food, gold and book purchases aside), and your receipts carries the Taipei 101 title on it, you may bring along your foreign passport, receipts and purchased goods to the first floor concierge desk. If you make over NT$3,000 in purchases at SOGO101, please proceed to the SOGO101 concierge desk to apply for your refund (tax refunds only issued to customers carrying foreign passports).
Are Taipei 101 gift voucher good throughout the mall?
The only exceptions are the Mint bar, China Telecom and 7-11 on the first floor; Cartier, Louis Vuitton on the third floor; and the international Banquet Hall on the fifth floor. Gift voucher are good at all other retailers within the Taipei 101 Mall.
