If you discover that your account and password have been subjected to unlawful use or any suspicious or potentially harmful activities, please immediately contact us. Failure to do so may result in an inability to prevent or make amends for such activity, and will be the sole responsibility of the user. |

Forbidding of Illegal Activities
We reserve the right to make the final decision on the legality or illegality of member actions. In cases of the determination of illegal or improper activity, members agree to allow the site to summarily terminate or delete their accounts and use of this website’s services. Damages and Restitution

Efficacy of Individual Provisions
The removal from efficacy, whether in part or in whole, of any individual provision of this membership agreement does not affect the efficacy of any other provision. |

Applicable Laws and Jurisdictions
The interpretation and application of this membership agreement, as well as any resulting rights, obligations or relationships that members may assume in relation to this company, should proceed in accordance with the interpretation and application of ROC law. Any conflicts will be adjudicated by the Taiwan Taipei District Court. |
