Please provide the names of your group members by phone 3 days before your visit and also fax in your completed application to us.
Cancellations must be made one days prior to the planned visit date.
Only groups of 20 or more are eligible to purchase group tickets, and to enjoy the discounted rate of NT$350 per ticket.

Tickets once issued are nonrefundable, and may only be used for their stated amount on the day intended.

A deposit of one-third of the total group fee is required (nonrefundable).
Ticket price payable = (Number of people x price per ticket) – (deposit in the amount of one-third of the total fee).
After funds have been transferred, please fax the documentation of wire transfer as well as application form to our office by 17:00 of the reserved date.
A group representative may pick up your tickets with no need to stand in the ticket line. Standing in line, however, is required, however, for elevator access on the date of the visit
Alternate schedules may be adhered to during the lunar new year and other extended holiday periods.
We will make available public notices regarding other matters that may arise.
