The automatic sprinkler system is linked to the water tanks located in the mechanical plant rooms and is fed by gravity so that power failure cannot interrupt the water supply.
Each office floor has two pressurized fire safety corridors directly connected to separate pressurized emergency staircases, which provide access to the two refuge rooms located on each mechanical floor (every eight levels). Mechanical floors above the 34th floor have an outdoor refuge balcony. All the office floors and key escape routes are protected by smoke extractors. |
