C001, C011, C132), and other personal data collected in actuality. Taipei 101 shall preserve all relevant physical and electronic data for the duration of the previous specific purposes and process such in a non-fully-automated manner. Taipei 101 will only use these data for specific purposes within its business scope in Taiwan. Unless otherwise stipulated by law or required by the competent authority, Taipei 101 will not provide the data to third parties or allow it to be processed or used in other countries. According to different applicable laws and regulations, you may exercise the following rights regarding Taipei 101's retention of your personal data:

1. Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, you may make inquiries, request to view, or request copies of your personal data from Taipei 101; however, Taipei 101 may charge the necessary cost of processing according to regulations or actual conditions.
2. You may request for Taipei 101 to add or correct your personal data; however, you will need to provide appropriate reasons and explanations.
3. If Taipei 101 collects, processes, or uses your personal data in violation of laws and regulations, you may demand for Taipei 101 to stop collecting, processing, or using your personal data in accordance with laws and regulations.
