How to get to the 5th floor？
Mall-First Floor Main Entrance
After entering from the Mall (Xinyi Entrance / Songzhi Entrance)
take the escalator
to the Observatory ticket office on the 5th floor.
After entering from the Mall (Xinyi Entrance)
go to the left and take the Elevator 4
to the City Square on the 4th Floor, then take the escalator to the ticket office on the 5th floor.
After entering from the Mall (Songzhi Entrance)
go to the right and take the Elevator 3
directly to the Observatory ticket office on the 5th floor.
TOWER Main Entrance
After entering from the Tower (Xinyi Entrance)
go to the left and take the Elevator 2 
directly to the Observatory ticket office on the 5th floor.
After entering from the Tower (Songzhi Entrance)
go to the right and take the Elevator 1 directly to the Observatory ticket office on the 5th floor.
Secondary Entrance
Enter the Mall on level B1 from walkway connecting (MRT Taipei 101 Station, Exit 4)
turn left to take the escalator, or take the Elevator 4from B1 to the City Square on the 4th Floor, then take the escalator to the ticket office on the 5th floor.
Enter the Mall through the 2F sky bridge from (ATT 4 FUN)
then take the Elevator 3 to the ticket office on the 5th floor.
Enter the Mall through the 2F sky bridge from (Wall Trade Center Hall One)
take the Elevator 4to the City Square on the 4th Floor, then take the escalator to the ticket office on the 5th floor.
Enter the Mall through the 2F sky bridge from (Grand Hyatt Taipei)
then take the escalator to the ticket office on the 5th floor, or turn left and take the Elevator 3to the ticket office on the 5th floor.
Ticket Purchase Method
Full-price tickets can be purchased online, but all special price tickets - special tickets, senior tickets, children, etc. - must be purchased in person at the fifth floor.
- To purchase a discount ticket, you must present a valid Taiwan ID at the time of your in-person purchase at Taipei 101.
- Group tickets must be booked online or by fax three (3) days before the date of the visit. Group ticket purchases are not allowed on site.
- Discounted group fares are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays
- Children under middle school age must be accompanied by an adult
