How to Apply:
- Applicants shall present an identity document (original international passport / Exit & Entry Permit for Taiwan) and fill out their personal information at B1 service counter or Apply online.
- The Taipei 101 Tourist Card can only be issued to and used by the applicant himself/herself, and each applicant may apply for only one card.
- The applicant must present the Taipei 101 Tourist Card in order to enjoy the membership benefits. However, Taipei 101 reserves the right to require the applicant to present his/her original identity document (original international passport / Exit & Entry Permit for Taiwan) if necessary to verify card ownership.

Service Rules and Usage Guidelines
Membership Eligibility for the Taipei 101 Tourist Card
- Applicants are limited to foreign travelers only. Applicants must have proof of identity (original international passport) and fill out their personal information.
- The applicant must present the Taipei 101 Tourist Card in order to enjoy the membership benefits. However, Taipei 101 reserves the right to require the applicant to present his/her original identity document (original international passport) if necessary to verify card ownership.
- The Taipei 101 Tourist Card can only be issued to and used by the applicant himself/herself, and each applicant may apply for only one card.
Taipei 101 Tourist Card Privileges and Usage
- The Taipei 101 Tourist Card is not a credit card and is used only for accumulating purchase points, redeeming event gifts, membership privileges, and tax operations of Taipei 101 Shopping Mall e-receipts. The Taipei 101 Tourist Card cannot be used for deferred payment or any other purposes.
- • Event gift redemption: For gift redemption, the Taipei 101 Tourist Card and the original receipt or sales details shall be presented at the tax refund counter on the day of purchase. Gifts cannot be redeemed once they are overdue. Receipts or sales details that have already been redeemed cannot be re-used for redemption points accumulation or change. Lost receipts or sales details cannot be reissued or be used for redemption. The redeemable amount from receipts or sales details are based on the amount shown at the end of the receipt.
Returns with the Taipei 101 Tourist Card
- In case of a return, the redeemed gift must be returned together with the purchase. If you cannot return the gift, you will be required to pay for the gift in the equivalent amount of cash.
Additional Information on the Taipei 101 Tourist Card
- If the card is lost, a replacement card can be issued at the B1 service counter. No replacement fee will be charged.
- This card is not accepted at the following retailers: Taipei 101 office building store (including viewing platform restaurant), viewing counter all counters, tickets.
- Transaction amounts from the use of any form of gift certificates, gift vouchers, Taiwan 101 e-vouchers, cash vouchers or cash discount vouchers from any store are not applicable. The same applies to triplicate uniform invoices issued by the Taipei 101 Shopping Mall and receipts from purchasing Taipei 101 Electronic Gift Vouchers.
- For changes to cardholder-related information, please contact the Taipei 101 Shopping Mall on the toll-free number 0800-000-101 to protect your relevant rights and interests.
- If the cardholder wishes to search, view, make a copy, add or modify their personal information, or to stop the collection, processing and usage of personal information, the cardholder must agree to complete the “Access to Membership Information Application” according to relevant regulations, and pay the processing fee to ensure the rights and interests of the cardholder.
- Please keep the card in a safe place. If you lose your card, contact the Member Service Center to report the loss and apply for a re-issue.
- Once the cardholder applies to terminate the card, all related offers and discounts will become invalid at the same time, and no retroactive or replacement card will be accepted.
- Nationals of the Republic of China are not eligible to apply. If a cardholder is found to have the above status, Taipei 101 Shopping Mall will terminate the card, and their accumulated purchase points will become invalid; those who have already redeemed gifts shall be required to return them or pay the equivalent amount in cash.
- For information on stores with offers applicable to the card, please contact the B1 service counter. Taipei 101 Shopping Mall reserves the right to issue or terminate the card, as well as to modify or end relevant privileges or activities. Announcements will be made in the Taipei 101 Shopping Mall or on the official website without prior notice.
